Hesitation on warm starts

A nagging issue I've had for a while.
Cold starts: No problem
Hot starts (drive, park for 5-15 min) : No problem
Warm starts: (drive, park for 45min - 1 hour +) : takes about 10 seconds of continuous cranking for engine to fire up.
Things done - Injector cleaner added to gas, replaced MAF box, replaced air filter and most vacuum lines in the engine bay, checked throttle position sensor.
Where to look / test next?
I have a spare ECU lying around, perhaps try that?
