Jerks at low throttle

Hello.
I have this problem with my 83 628 LE-Jetronic. If I floor it pulls nice. Injectors were cleaned and spark plugs are new, as coil and wiring. I tried to clean the afm and readjust it. Thanks

check for air leaks first.

Then, check for air leaks again.
