M635 cutting out

Hi All - I have been battling with an issue that's been ridding my M635 for a while and I really need some help.
I put the car in the garage about a year ago as I just didn't have the time for it and now I would like to get it running 100%. Basically it just cats out or wont start at completely random intervals. Hot, cold, mid journey, parked.. it's completely random. I have changed the whole ignition system, from coil to plugs to dizzy, I've changed the position sensor, had the ECU refurbed, changed the relays..
I also got her running on the weekend, she fired up stayed on for about 5 mins and then cut out. A high pitched buzzing noise was coming from the engine compartment and the tach was bouncing around.. I couldn't work out where the bussing was coming from but I could feel some vibration coming through the fuel rail. Looks like the pump is feeding fuel correctly as well.
Any tips on what to look for next!? Thanks in advance!
