Engine temperature sensors

Post by Boggie »

Hi all,

I meed some help identifying part numbers please. I have been searching through RealOEM for the engine temperature sensors as I suspect one or more of them might be providing false readings to the ECU. The engine runs a bit rough until it is up to temperature but is ok once warm. All vacuum hoses on the engine have been replaced so I don't believe this is a leak. In fact as I have almost completed my restoration of the car, everything on the engine that could potentially be an issue is replaced, apart from the injectors and sensors. The injectors are going to be sent of for a cleav and flow check so it is probably worth replaging the sensors whilst I wait.

Thanks,
Ian

Thanks for the reply. My engine is the M88 from the M6/M635. I found them though. Rather than being under engine or engine electrical in RealOEM, they are under Cooling System.
