Temp Sensor or....?

Post by gte619n »

Guys,

As part of my dash rebuild, I've been working on the wire harness. I pulled this out from behind the center console and now I can't figure out what it is or where to goes. Any ideas?

Thanks!

My 81 has something similar that opens and shuts the fresh air flap. But as i said similar in the fact that it is a plastic shaft. It has bevel gearss at the end that goes to the hvac panel and connects to the gears in the flap directly IIRC It has been years since I did it. Go to realoem and look at the heater box controls and HVAC panel pix You should find your answer there
