Manual conversion prop info.

Post by olympia57 »

I'm doing all the groundwork for a proposed auto to manual conversion on a series one chassis .
Gearbox will be a 265/5 with six bolt guibo flange replacing a 3HP22 auto , diff is a side loader of ( currently ) unknown ratio .
Iirc there are two different prop lengths that can be used can anyone tell me the best/correct one for the series one with the combination above ?

Hey Don,

265/6 is your manual swap box - the super-strong overdrive one.

265/5 is the close ratio dogleg, like what I got!

Cheers,

Rob
