Cobra immobiliser

I have a 635csi which has an cobra immobiliser fitted this was in the car when purchased,l bought an additional touch key from cobra but cannot get it to program. as it was fitted to the car when purchased I do not know the model but think it could be 8510. Have tried to contact cobra customer services but they do not answer phone or respond to e mails
