August / September Drive

With Trev's car ready September and mine August, do we want to look at an early September drive? If so, where?

Planning on going to birdsville in sept. Not suitable for e24
What would be good is an outback drive.

I was going to sort out a simple local drive with a pub lunch for late August/early September but i've been a bit busy doing other stuff. I might be able to sort it out this weekend so i'll post something up.
A good longer drive will be good for the spring. It's been a while since we've done something down Mr Es way. There's some stunning drives from Canberra, Wee Jasper is a ripper.

Roger that. Saturday the 30th would be good for me. I've had a drive around in the wet this morning and i think i've got a plan. I'll post something up later. Just a nice short one.
