WTB Front strut brace

Post by 635911 »

Hi All,

Does anyone have a spare Front strut brace that I can buy?

(I tried to steal Denis' Alpina one, but he wouldn't let it happen)

Thanks,

Toby

I've got one i'm not using anymore. PM me. Need to check where it is. Check my 633 post in Bimmerforums to see it. May have a pic somewhere. I'll take a look.

Go here for the link which has a few pics. E12 chassis car though. https://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/show ... s-d-633CSi

HI Josh and Brick,

Thanks for the offer/info.

Josh, I have a series 2, I believe this needs a different brace, so I have gone with Bricks W&N recommendation. Their price on a nice looking brace wasn't too bad (it was the bunch of other stuff I bought whilst on the site that cost me......)

Thanks again,

Toby

P.S. Josh, hopefully I can show off the brace on our run in April!

April run is not on as Ellis and I were made aware it is the Easter long weekend. So we'll re-schedule in a few weeks for May. Would love to see the car with the new strut. Walloth & Nesch are brilliant. If I buy on a Monday I generally get by Friday of the same week. not bad out of Germany.

Fitted the W&N front strut brace.

Very surprised at how much of an improvement it made.

Thanks for the help.
