Thanks Dug =D>

Yeah, I talked to Pat (organizer...) and he told me that we are not getting a room rate discount, and the block of rooms will be held till September [-o<

My advice would be to just book a room, you can always cancel, probably within a 72 hour period :-k

Looks like I'm getting off "cheap" for Thursday night #-o

Yep me too for steal of century for Thursday nite #-o
As u know bob and FYI for all else that time of year is still considered peak and with limited lodging along coast rooms r costly.
Even along 101 corridor which we checked ,were even higher than what we got at host hotel so in effect we did get a discount all things considered. Especially when u consider rooms have ocean views \:D/
Only five rooms booked is disappointing .
Probably me,you,pat,klaus,Steve W. ?
Will be quaint!
Probably most Bay Area sharks will b pulling in for Saturday's gala,as we assumed.
Hoping to update website as soon as I talk to Pat

Don't worry Paul, I know of 10 others that will be showing up that will not be staying at hotel since they are so close to Bodega.

We had our hotel reservation for a while, will start traveling Thursday from Las Vegas and hook up with the group traveling from the Sacramento area on Friday morning.
I would just like to point something out... If we actually plan on using the hotel's parking lot as staging area, we should have our block of rooms booked there. So please people, if you plan to attend, make your hotel reservations before 9/1/2018.
See you there!

Hey, from a nearby local, this is a good schedule. I would add Ginochio's Kitchen in Bodega Bay as a good lunch spot on Sunday.

And for those of you looking for something to do on Sunday, there's a great historic racing event at Sonoma Raceway (nee Sears Point Raceway) that weekend, with an entrance fee of only $12. Probably an hour-and-fifteen minute drive over from the coast, through Santa Rosa, then down the Sonoma Valley.

FYI we have posted a PayPal button on PSF2018 site for paying for Saturday meals . This will also serve as a registration so we can get an idea of number of attendees for restaurant's.
You can also contact us if you prefer another method or pay at event.
