Great communication and fast shipping of the Vogtland springs. Bob kept me informed of everything concerning the sale and shipment, tracking number and all. The springs are like new, and the way he had them packed was ingenious, zip-tied with one narrower spring inside each large spring, well padded and securely boxed. All-in-all it was a great transaction. Many thanks!
