New multimeter

Post by sansouci »

Just bought an 11 function multimeter from HF 61593 for about $25. Far cheaper than a Fluke. We'll see. It's got a temp probe too.

Same one I have, except I think I got cheated. No temperature probe with mine. :(

I really like it. I have a friend in Tennessee that comes down once in a while. Last time he was here we compared my DMM to his Fluke, and they were close enough on every setting we tested as to be identical.

Funny story why he has a Fluke...when he got married, his father-in-law was an electrician, and had 4 daughters. All his sons-in-law got Fluke meters for wedding presents!
