Watching Song's respray project and thinking about dust control, this product came to mind: zip wall. It only works, however if you have a proper ceiling.

The zipwall is a nifty idea for construction project. For a shop, I would think a PVC pipe frame is ideal. Make a big rectangle top and bottom, and then drape plastic over it. Tape it all down to (or just tuck under) the bottom hoop. Make a hole and tape in a carboard box with house filter as your intake. Put a box fan on another box, using a filter on intake side, and there is your vent. Solids will get stuck in the filter element, and fumes will blow out. You could even put the fan inside the box, and use dryer vent hoses to get the fumes all the way out of the garage as quickly as possible. There will be some negative pressure from the exhaust fan, so maybe you could just use one strip of the zipper piece to create your door. I figure the weight of the frame will keep the bottom sealed, and the zipper will allow quick in/out.
