Help!! No Power windows

Hi Team. The were working fine when I got the car. Is there a relay? I've checked all the fuses. Sorry I don't have a owners manual.

I thought those were for the rear windows??

There is a circuit breaker on the kick panel under the steering wheel. To the right of the column and towards the center console in US cars.

I'm sure you're correct, now that I'm thinking about it more. I've actually never pressed either one of those buttons.

Not necessarily. I'm well aware of the one under the kick panel but I've never really paid any attention to the square button on the center console. It could be a circuit breaker as well so hopefully the OP figures out his window issue and reports back.

Team thanks. If it works like my E28 the 5th button is for the window controls, I will check for the under dash relay in the morning. Happy New Year! I'm gonna need a good year as this E24 is a challenge 2 months in to ownership.

W're here to help. Send pictures. Please add the last 7 of your vin to the signature block. We can be more effective that way!

There should be a safety switch that stops the rear windows from being operated by the rear seat switches. The dash mounted switch is a circuit breaker for all windows.

The buttons mentioned are below the steering column, on what I call the knee panel or cover.
The dashboard to me is where the instrument panel is? You may have one or two buttons.
