Shift Knob and Shift Boot

My shift knob and shift boot on my 1985 M635 are looking a bit tired. Are OEM options available for either? If not I'll have a new boot made locally.

GoodM3 - Did you find a shift knob? I am looking for one for my 87 M6. The only ones I see that look close are on ebay. The ebay knobs have the wrong sticker on top (no M) but I did find replacement sticker. Just looking to see if anyone has found one they are happy with.
