Hi everyone.
Is there a trick when it comes to removing the plastic "plugs" or "caps" that cover the screws that hold the vents that run across the top of the dashboard? I have stared at them, even with a pointed knife in hand, but can't think of a way to get them out without damaging them..
Thanks in advance..

Re: Removal off dashboard vent "Plugs"...
I used razor blades to keep the damage to a minimum. As much as I tried, it did leave marks

I was working on a parts car the other night and wondered the same thing. These caps are so tight, if I didn't know, I would assume its just solid plastic - can't even see an edge. Will try again with a scalpel.
