HVAC Slider Testing

Post by gte619n »

Fellas,

I've got the dash out of the interior of the car and I have full access to the HVAC sliders. When I actuate the middle one, I can see the flaps move directly in front of the unit. When I slide the other two, I can't SEE anything moving, and I'm wondering if something is supposed to be visible. When the car was together, I THINK the top one changed if air came out of the top center vent...

Is there a procedure I can use to test these sliders?

Thanks!
