Early model Left front Window Motor

Post by ekimp »

Hi there. My left front window motor is out on my E12 based car, and have been looking for a replacement. Anyone know the compatibility of this part? Was it an early E24-only part? Or would I be able to find the same part on a later 6er and or E12/E23/E28? Would prefer not to spend $500 on NOS part that BAVAuto probably doesn't even have...

Thanks in advance.

Not sure about the compatibility question, but I am almost positive I have a spare in my parts bin, DM me if interested.

If you got one that works, I need the tin cover for the electric part. I could pay you for your troubles. When I was changing doors last year when swapping out all the parts I noticed I am missing the tin cover for the motor. Thanks.
