Tail Light Rust

I have a very small (1/2"x1/2") piece of rust starting on the drivers side tail light. It is in the little recess where water can sit.

Can someone point me to a thread where this was repaired? I searched and couldn't find a previous one. I understand it's going to be difficult, but being right on the corner I don't know how difficult and if there are "skins" I can purchase to weld in.

On 'firstfives.org' the dude's handle is 'bigmotorsmallcar'. He has access to a sheet metal pkg.
