Did the M6 come with...

Post by Lopena »

...warning triangles?

My '87 U.S.-spec M6 has all of its original equipment (including tools, books, flashlight, first-aid kit, wheel-chock, etc.), but it doesn't have any warning triangles. Was the U.S. M6 equipped with them?

Many thanks, as always,
Alan

All 1987 M6's had the warning triangle removed when brought to this country, but you do have the storage area over the battery. Hunting one down can take time and they are a bit spendy. I ordered one from Germany and when US customs opened it, they did not put back the lid (Bastards.... ). So I had to hunt down a second one to have the complete item, and was out the $90 to order the first one. I suppose that at least now I have a spare triangle and main case half.
