Anyone know this front air dam?

Post by ericono »

I saw this at a local Euro car show last year and thought it was very nice looking. I don't recall seeing it before. It is not as deep as the Euro M635 air dam, but it still has the ridges on the lower edge like the M635 dam. it also has the opening for the tow hook like the M635 dam. Anyone know details about this? Anyone have one they want to let go??

Sorry about that. Thank you for letting me know. You are correct, I could see them, but that doesn't help if no one else can.

Please let me know if you can see any images now.

Thank you again for the help,

Eric

Yes, the images are showing now. Thanks! Can't help with identifying the air dam, however. :-k

No worries. Thanks for confirming I got the pics to show at least.

Oh, the show that these pics were taken was the Euro car festival in Greenville, SC, in October. Might jog someone's memory as to who owns this car.

Thanks again,

Eric

Interesting, similar to one that's out here on the left hand coast

This example was trimmed and the 3-groove portion reattached, different concept for sure :-k

Wait, this car recently changed hands, sold on BaT, wonder if it's the same car :-?

Hmm, think I know who might know where it wound up [-(

Agreed, that car does look very similar to the one I saw. I didn't try poking my head or hand around to determine if the one I saw was a cut and pieced together item. The finish looked very good so I assumed it was factory.

Got a little mystery going on. Will be interesting to see where this ends up.

Thanks,

Eric

Yep I know it as it was mine then Jim's, now resides in PA. With new owner from BAT auction.
Takes a sharp eye to notice. Good catch Eric .
Most see it and go hmmmmmmm.
Had just been done when I purchased waaaay back 15 yrs ago n never hit a curb nor never had to think about it!
They did a very professional job as it looks stock as is mentioned.

Thats the M-technik or M-technic front end. They are not produced anymore, but I've seen a few guys recreating them. One for sale on ebay now. The full kit. Front, sides and rear.
