1989 Highline Sunroof Panel

Hello,
I'm looking for a sunroof panel in subject, BMW 54121961009, no longer available. If anyone knows of a good used one for sale?

I don't think you'd ever find a good one in the UK, in fact the only place you might get one from is the South West US or possibly Australia.
The trouble is that the sunroof is made from several pressings most with sharp edges that didn't take paint well and not to mention the tiny cavities that collect moisture, so finding a rust free one is going to be almost impossible. Trying to repair one is probably not an option either as they tend to warp once rust sets in, and even small amounts of rust are dificult to treat; believe me I have tried!
Sorry to be negative and I do hope you find one....I'm looking too

PS It makes matters worse in that the vast majority of E24s didn't have the same sunroof as the Highlines, so you can only look at post Sep 86 cars.
