WTB: E12 based E24 lowering springs

I have been having a hard time finding any. I dont even know if they exist. Any leads welcome.

Eibach makes them for these cars. If you just get fronts and use bilstein heavy duty rears with stock springs they sit just right. The rear shock tube has adjustable height on it.

Eibach "made" them for our cars. They are no longer in production. You will have to source a set of used ones. They are out there. It took me 6 months to find a set for my car.

I have no idea what the quality of these springs is, however. Any Britishfolk have opinions about 'em?

Those spax springs are also sold through some guys on mye28. George, aka sixerkid, teamed up with moosehead engineering and they're selling some very nice parts. Visit the moosehead site and ask them what they can do for you.

IIRC, ST (Suspension Techniques), still makes a set, but I am not sure. Here is a link with their info (post #6):

The above link also has info on a guy in Australia that makes them for racing teams and makes sets for street cars also, he owns a 76 633 CSi himself (post #5).
