I have a "dogleg" in the UK.
They are ALWAYS rustier than you thought!!!!!!

If anyone has info where to get layshaft? or parts to a dogleg getrag or who is rebuilding them, please let me know? Otherwise still looking.

Thanks and yes I have. They sayd: "We don't sell parts to transmissions, we just rebuild them." and the price of rebuild is very expencive.

Yes, they are very pricey. I did a 5 speed swap on my 86 and the 260/6

tranny bearings were howling. Re-builders I spoke to did't want

to mess with replacing the bearings.

So I ordered one with from MM with all the upgrades

to handle about 400 hp in case I decide to turbo. $4200.

Will be installed next week. Hope it will to the trick.
