Late Highline Alpina front spoiler options

Post by Hoarder »

Does anyone know where I can locate a late highline model Alpina front spoiler from? I guess original would have been fibreglass so a copy would do.
Pretty sure nla from dealers now so would have to be an old stock or replica item.

If anyone has one stashed away or knows of one drop me a pm please.

Thanks

Original was not fibreglass. It was the same material as the BMW E24 spoilers, plastic injection moulded.

You could try Alpina for one, they sold them as aftermarket items for non-Alpina cars.

It would also be worth posting this in the 'Wanted' forum Section rather than 'Tech info'. Perhaps a Mod could move it?

Thanks Ron for moving to correct section.

I have tried a seller on ebay from Hungary who has a few Alpina valances for the early 80s unfortunately he has no stock for highline at moment.

I will try schmiedmann see if they stock the part.

Thanks for the headsup

Right checked on schmiedmann website and it comes upto just over £550 shipped but also shows as out of stock and will be ordered in once paid for which is usually 3days.
Will contact them before placing order as don't want to be chasing for my money back if they can't get stock.
