My sunshade no longer retracts, looking to buy one

Tommy,

You can fix the shade to retract again. You'll have to take out the rear shelf
and remove the shade to take out the two rivets on the side of the shade. Rewind and re-rivet and it will retract.

I drilled the rivets out, rewinded the shade, re-revited it and no luck. No tension as I pull out the shade. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
