Not sure what u are asking here.
Generally all wheel spacers are hubcentric. The thinnest u can have is about 13mm as any thinner the hub lip is about 10mm and there is not enough grip for the hubcentric lip to stay on.
Any more than 20mm the long bolts are marginal and need to have seperate lugs. I’ve got a local chap who can spin up a set to your spec if need be.
