Doesn't look too bad from the pics and I've looked at the MOT history which bears out the claims on the write-up. I guess it will fetch somewhere between £40 - £50k, or am I way off course?

Re: UK M635 CSi #5 for sale on ebay.
If that is indeed chassis number 0760005, then I'm pleased as punch to see that car still around. #5 was a BMW UK press car (originally with the registration number B463HGM) and featured on road test in numerous UK car magazines.
On the plus side, it looks to be a largely original car (body-kit, speaker cut-outs and crude colour coding aside) with lovely low mileage. On the other hand, it has no MOT, and hasn't done for 12 years - so a brave pill might need to be swallowed here to counter the potential mechanical and structural risks. I think it needs a healthy dose of cosmetic work to get it looking like a £40-£50k M635CSi.
Personally (and as much as I'd like you to be correct) I think you are a bit off course on your valuation, Pod. At £28.5k, there have been no bids at time of writing, and I fancy if that auction started at £10k less, there would be more folk sniffing around it. With little M635CSi sales activity recently, I think that ought to fetch somewhere between £25k and £35k.
But, then again, what the hell do I know?

I thought it had sold "off-ebay"!
With all the new photos, it looks even better to my eye. It will be interesting to see what it fetches - H&H delivered me a great result when they sold my ex-works AMV8 in October 2015. In my experience, they tend to under-estimate.......................

Hammer fell at £27,000, which would equate to £30,375 with 12.5% buyers' premium.
I think it's provisionally sold at that figure which looks like good value.

I'm surprised it didn't make more! Cheap in my opinion. I made the gross sale price £31,050 including buyer's premium.
