SKU: 948-500
Retails. $550.00
https://wizardcooling.com/1980-88-bmw-e ... -radiator/

Direct fit, bolt in replacement aluminum radiator for 1980-88 BMW E24

Direct fit radiator
16 Fins per inch
No epoxy, fully furnace brazed
Fully TIG welded
100% MADE IN THE USA

The core for this custom built performance radiator features 1 rows of 1.5" tubes. The tubes are space 3/8" apart, on center. With 3/8" centers we are able to put more rows of tubes, fins, and coolant volume in the core as well as create more surface area for air to travel over; allowing for greater heat dissipation.

I PAID 692.31 with shroud blank.

ASKING 400$ for radiator

Looks like it's well made; how much clearance is there for the fan? Are you able to R&R the fan without removing the radiator? Also, are you able to use the stock fan shroud without modifications?

It is well made. Yes, the fan can be removed with the rad in place.
I remove the bushings that bolt to the front panel and re-bolt without the bushings
to squeeze more room between fan and rad.

Fan shroud needs no fabrication, bolts on as stock.

Hello, is this still available? I am picking up my 81 Euro tomorrow and will be doing (attempting) a 5 speed swap. Thanks to Tom, the car is in overall excellent mechanical shape, but the radiator is said to be old...
