I'm sorry I don't have a youtube video, ( I have a great head for Radio :) )
To remove the aluminium trim you first need to remove the side mirror on the front doors, then if you look closely at each end of the aluminium trim on the front doors there is a small philips head screw coming from the INSIDE, if I remember correctly you can access these without removing the door trim ( its been a while since I removed a set) then using a plastic trim hook just lift the aluminum gently along its length a little bit at a time to ensure you don't bend it.
To do the rear remove the 3 screws that hold the Faux vent ( black plastic ) that covers the B pillar then with the plastic trim tool again gently lift the aluminium trim from front to rear then it will slide out from under the gutter mould extension
its really quite simple if you look, don't force it if it doesn't pop with moderate pressure you haven't got the screws (don't bother asking how I know :) )

Winter is coming for those of you on top of the world so I guess a few cars will go off the road for some jobs, still have sets of these door weather strips available if anyone is interested PM me
