Well, here it is with a fully rebuilt engine. It has virtually identical mileage to one of mine, but with a rebuilt engine. However the bodywork needs some work according to the seller. I'll be watching this one with interest (as usual  )

There is something odd going on with the capet under the pedals.... and the accelerator too, it seems to be flat to the floor.

#410, D786RWV, is back on the market for £21995 ono.

The description is a bit skimpy but it doesn't appear that much has been done since it last sold. The mileage hasn't increased much and it needs an MOT too.

The engine bay still looks very clean. Why on Earth would a vendor show a photo of a boot full of old bits and pieces plus rusty tools? The rear seats look just about as bad as any I have ever seen, so why picture them too.

At the very least he could have cleaned the car up a little.

£22k without an MOT? He must be having a laugh!

Looks like #410 has just found a new owner.

A shadow-line diamond/pearl car with M Technic bodykit really appeals to me (I once owned a very similar car) - I'd love to see this brought back to its former glory.

I think it's been bought by an automotive photographer, Mark Riccioni.

He also owns a bonkers GT-R and possibly the world's most unreliable E61 M5 Touring.
I'm sure he'll do good things with it.

It was indeed bought by automotive photographer Mark Riccioni, snapper for "Top Gear" magazine & website.
He's gonna turn it into a track car.
