I spotted this on Lincoln Nebraska CL. Not really looking for a 633/635 project but 5 speed cars don't pop up close to Des Moines all the time.

What might be good and bad about that drivetrain? Obviously he states engine is stuck and there are no photos. But the manual? circa 1983.

I’d buy that on an instant. Must be worth much more than the asking price as a breaker? If the engine is shot, just get another and drop it in. Must be plenty available over your side of the pond?

This would have the undesirable 260/5 5spd. But would have the lightweight flywheel thats fairly rareish

Thanks Zinno -

For me, performance is somewhat a bag seat to just owning a nice car. Obviously, it needs restored. ANY manual is better than an automatic, right? I get lost in the years, nomenclature, because I don't spend a lot of time looking at 633/635's any more. I owned a 1985 automatic car is Beige Metallic.
