I'm selling my ZF auto 4HP-22 transmission. Tranny is in good shape and worked great when it was in. Shifts firm, no slipping or shuddering. Last month I did an auto-to-manual conversion on my e24, so I obviously don't need the tranny anymore. But I don't want to see it end up in a salvage yard, especially if someone needs it. If you want or need the other auto components (flex plate, shifter, linkage, pedal box, converter, etc.) I have that too. I do not have the driveshaft, as I used that as my core to get the manual driveshaft. Not looking to make money, so the first $200 plus shipping gets it. Should fit all e24 and e28 chassis as well as some others.

Transmission came out of a 1985 euro 635csi with 168k miles.

I am in the Dallas / Fort Worth metro area.

This would be perfect for the person doing that desirable manual-to-auto conversion.
