Thank you Caff. The color combo is really what "set the hook" in me. I believe she is a great starting point for the Merlot I have in mind. I've been hoarding a set of staggered 17" Alpinas for several years, so it's now time to get them refinished :D

Hi Ed, the Alpine's will enhance the looks of the car, just stunning. I have a set of 17"
BBS style 5 RC090 which I need to have refurbished, have you selected a shop who will be doing your Alpines? I'm in Asheville. Thanks, Roger

Thanks for the kind words, Roger ! I really do not have a recommendation for you. My plan is to strip and prep the wheels myself, then have a local auto body shop paint them. The Alpinas will be completely paint covered, where I think you will additionally want the lips polished on your RC090's ...
so another process to account for. I'll PM you with any leads I uncover during my efforts.

Thank you Caff ! Most people prefer the RC090's like are on her now ..... but I had a set of of Alpinas like these on my previous M635 named Crystal back in 2012 .... and they were my favorite of all time.
