I've been working on a rusty crusty set of HL wipers for my 87 and I have as set of the rubber only wiper blade "refills" . So the blade has no ball shaped holder or stiffener inside it. I need to source those metal parts from used wiper blades. Which I don't have. In the pic you can see the metal holder thingy, inside is a still metal strip. Any used ones you can supply will be greatly appreciated as the actual full blades are about $50 US.
Cheers Dave

Re: WTB . Used Headlight wiper blades
Might it not be better (less hassle) to buy new? I bought some not that long ago, but maybe they have since been declared N/A?
I almost certainly have my old set somewhere, but might struggle to lay my hands on them. But if you are desperate I would be willing to have a go at looking.

Phil, it would most definitely be less hassle to buy new. But I already have the rubber blades minus the metal bits. I also have plans to do two more cars sometime in the future ( hopefully before they haul me away) . So you can see it would cost considerably more to outfit three cars with 4 new complete blades each than make up my own sets. I currently have enough rubber blades for 2 cars.Working on a third set.plip1953 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2020 8:47 am
