Hey Rick, this appears to be smooth on the top side and not an overlay :-k

I have a set of these that I was hoping to use, but they are separate and overlayed onto the roundels :-?

I was gonna try and "make" my own with standard roundels and these overlays, but I doubt that it would look very official, especially in the front [-X

Might be OK on the truck lid, which is partially hidden by the M6 rear air foil :-"

Are you fixed on the price [-o<

Please PM me if you prefer to take this discussion off line

I purchased metal overlays from German mfg via a business associate in Budapest. Here’s what I did to make it look correct. I used a Dremel tool to grind off the old standard Rondel. Then epoxied the metal overlay on. It looks really good. I did the same for the rear badge, but I was not happy with the end result. Rear badge has a funny curved shape and it didn’t look 100% perfect.

I will have a new batch of badges coming in this week from Europe. Including wheel badges and steering wheel badges. Various sizes. Will do a formal post to the group when they arrive. Thanks Rick

Hmm, maybe we can work something out [-o<

I would consider "donating" the ones that I have, again with visible overlays that are raised above the original surface :-k

Curious how you got the surface back to original smooth, matched the colors, etc.

I already have a set for my wheels from a guy that goes by "Cactus Jack", was on the board a while ago :-?

Rick, I am very interested in the front roundel and would like to know how to get the matching rear, and would even like to see pix of what you've already got that you don't like 100% :-"

Not sure about a steering wheel badge, as I have a Momo wheel with a BMW roundel horn button [-(

Also interested in knowing what your overall plans are for making these available, as you noted "a new batch of badges" coming in week from Europe

We can also take this off line if you prefer, we can share photos easier using email
