Bosch 0261200061 ECU problem

Post by Flex »

My friends car won't start, after checking nearly everything we ended up opening ECU to have a look inside. I have located burned RBDT93 transistor  did anyone had similar damage in 061 or 059 unit? what replacement for this transistor did you used? or where did you sourced the RBDT93?

One of the biggest travesties of the internet is people posting a question and never updating if they find a solution.

Thanks for being the change!

Thanks, I am always trying to share everything! the other replacements are BDT93 and BD911, but RBDT is some kind of automotive version and it is better to use it for ECU purpose :)
