If you take off the side trims in the boot and there's water in the rear quarter wells, then it'll be from the rear light assembly gasket(s). Otherwise it could be the boot seal is not glued in all the way around and some water is getting past it. The only other thing could be the mounting holes for the spoiler, but I wouldn't think that much water would get through?

You can clean out the boot well drains which will at least allow things to dry out. These very often get blocked with underseal, debris, rust etc.

Let us know how you get on!

I had much leaking which was solved by replacing with a heavy duty boot seal.

Spoiler mounting holes were a possibility but were not guilty.
