I've got a pair . . .
...and I'm just down the 101 freeway in Sunnyvale
Details, these are all made in the Euro style, so no matter who you buy them from, you are going to have to do the conversion
Now that being said, this is one of the easier mods you can do, and one of the most pleasing
More details, these were purchased from the guy in Sweden that was "getting outa the busniess" and did a last time buy run. Bought them just "because", never had any intensions of using them on my current 6er
And while I would like to get what I paid for them ($100+), they are not the best quality, rather thin by comparison to stock
Think I have a pic somewhere
Ah shit, somethings up with image hosting

Re: I've got a pair . . .
Is this reference to the quality of those particular clear ones.. were they made by a few different manufacturers? I take it you're not referring to the condition of your set.GRNSHRK wrote: they are not the best quality, rather thin by comparison to stock
Also wasn't aware you need to do a conversion.. need to look into this.
Thanks.

There were (are?) a couple of different Mfrs
Currently there is an outfit in Canada called Klearz that makes a pretty nice product, closer to OEM, IIRC
The ones I have were made by a guy in Sweden who no longer makes 'em, again he offered a last time buy, and I snagged a pair. They are thinner than stock, but brand new and unused. So the condition is basically perfect, there just aren't quite OEM quality to begin with
Regarding the modification, this is easily accomplished and many have upgraded to Euro lenses on their US 6ers, myself included. I'm almost certain there is a tech article written on how to do this, right on this board
If you want to try and take a look, I'm sure we can make some arrangements to meet up

Interesting find Ivan!!!
Yep, that's him and it appears that he's asking even more now
Noct, as far as the site indicating that any mods would be necessary, you kinda need to read between the lines
The listing does indicate that they are for Euro models, here's the linky
http://www.kinnby.com/shop/e24_eu.htm
So yeah, he doesn't say it, but they will not bolt directly onto a US assembly, without modification or removal of the DOT reflector
And mine are still available
However, I will be traveling to Europe all of next week for business, just in case you still want to have a look
