WTB: Early Euro front valance / bumper

Looking to buy the entire front valance for an early Euro car, like the photo below.

Condition of chrome and rubber is less important, as long as the actual valance is in good condition.

I can pick up in either LA or NYC, otherwise happy to pay shipping for the right one.
