This car has no engine, I will also be keeping the euro bumpers for a conversion on my 81 shark.

Have you tried PMing him? He said in his last post, July 4, 2020, that the car was going to be disposed of the week of July 11. He never replied to your posting in September. Just guessing, but I'd say you were too late in replying, but it never hurts to try. Good luck.
