Clutch failed on my 87 635Csi. So, I have the new MC and slave cylinder in hand and removed the seat, etc. to get a clear look. While under there, I noticed where the brake master cylinder pushrod emerges from the firewall was a little wet. Since the regulator & bomb sit between the master cylin...

Agreed. It's a Bosal issue. And I've used RockAuto before, on Alfa parts and they have a good selection and system.

I've already ordered the new flange.
Pondering the application of a little hi-temp paint on while waiting on the part.

Ok. I see now.

I am missing the flange that goes on the straight pipe (right side, bottom of the photo). Have the crush ring. It came with the cat. Since my old system was simply welded up, there were no floating flanges to use as a reference. I bought it from Rock Auto. Not overly impressed with the weld and fini...
