Re: Front turn/parking housing stuck bolted to vehicle
Could you cut if the nut using a Drexel tool and cutting wheel? You could then look at options to replace the bolt/stud. I did grab the tool and briefly size up the job. Re: Oil undercoating
How much did it cost? I paid $230 for this. Thanks for that explanation Joe . It seems they have been thorough in their application but I have to say that I could not abide getting covered in that oily goo each time I either worked on or cleaned the underside of the car . However if it works for yo...

Front turn/parking housing stuck bolted to vehicle

Any advice on the most humane way to do this? I think I’m in the market for a new housing…...

Re: Oil undercoating
I applaud you're efforts to prolong and protect the car but most of the areas covered are not prone to structural rust . The e24 rusts in very specific areas for very specific reasons and is well documented . The coating "seems" to be a material similar to a product known as Waxoyl ( wax ...

Re: Intro - M6 US #1370 & 635CSi
Thank you all! And in typical fashion, the A/C went from cold to ambient a day or two after I joined here. Always something, but at least I know I’m most likely looking for a single point of failure. Welcome Joe! Cool collection, nice sharks =D> What is the color code of the m6? Looks great on the d...

Intro - M6 US #1370 & 635CSi
Good evening big Coupe community; thank you for the welcome. https://i.imgur.com/wgZQI6l.jpg I have been involved first with the e28 cars, and now with two e24s and one e28. My first was this ‘86 535i, rotten but not forgotten: https://i.imgur.com/kJVcvMU.jpg Below are some pics of the current lineu...
