ABS light
You can clean out the hub rings with a long thin screwdriver. It's a right PITA job but it cured one of mine a while ago. It's really a two man(or woman)job as someone needs to turn the wheel whilst you are laying underneath the car.The access is not good! If you have to remove the sensors,a good soak...

As long as difference between front and back diameters is no more than 10% there shouldn't be a problem.Try cleaning the sensor rings(not easy).

Fuel relay
Remove relay and give contacts a good squirt of contact cleaner then work the relay into the socket a few times.Normally cures it.It is worth doing this to all electrical connections throughout the car. It's amazing the difference.

Knocking and holding back end down
Many years ago(oh alright in the 60s) I had an ex-Metropolitan police Wolsely 6/80.This had two boxes welded to the rear axle filled with concrete. It certainly improved the rear end. Here endeth the the lesson.

As Dave said love that metaphor,Iain. Time zones here in Wales sometimes seem to be measured in years not hours !!!

The reason I'm asking is that I've just stripped a spare reservoir and removed the filter prior to it going for zinc plating.Any joy on my parts yet? Later.Ron.

Power steering reservoir filter.
Has anyone ever changed the micronic filter in the bottom of the power steering reservoir? I can't find any reference to it in the various manuals that I've got and I can't find any part number for the reservoir on the parts CD.There is a picture of it on dia.no.34-0294 but it's reference only.Any h...
Boot trim
Unfortunately the tools are not electric (or heated) which is what I could do with in this weather!! Talking to Sharkfan yesterday, and he thought I should do the toolkit cover in leather as well. That could be a bit of a challenge but as the leather came for free I might have a go.
Boot trim
That's black leather (not paint).

Hi Dave, Was that price correct?? Unable to find anywhere local to do mine. The only place I could find was unable to blast the items and could only powdercoat.Any possibility that I could send you a box with the bits in and you could get them done for me? Regds.Ron.

Leather treatment
Having tried a variety of cleaners/reconditioners for leather I now tend to use Gliptone products.Their cleaner and conditioner works extremely well and the smell afterwards!!!!They also do a leather paint which I have used on grey, blue and light tan and it's very effective. Not sure what to use to t...

My latest 6
Thanks for that Dave. It's not quite immaculate as it looks.Sometime it's going to need front wings but I've got a new pair to fit (no repeater holes or holes for wheel-arch extensions) but they are easy enough to drill.I've just replaced the R/H side inner arch protector-all the bolts had to be grou...

Injectors
Thanks for that Bob.Managed to sort the problem. After releasing the plugs on #1 and #2 injectors the cable loom lifted high enough to turn #1 injector slightly and the casting slid off the engine.A clean-up of the casting and hoses, new gasket and all is going back together.I just hope nothing leaks!...

Injectors
Can anyone tell me how to get the injector harness off? Does it just pull off from the injector plugs? I'm trying to get the casting off that the thermostat housing bolts to and #1 injector fouls it so I can't pull the housing off.Help gratefully received.
