Here is how to add your location to your profile:
Click your username on the Top Right and click Profile -->
Click Edit Profile -->
You will now see a field for Location. You may notice it is now a required field.

sorry to sound a bit dim. But how do you upload an avatar to your location part of a posting.

"user name" (top right)
"user control panel"
"profile"
"edit avatar"
