SLS Relay Location

Hi everyone. After about 2 months of storage, I got my '89 shark out for few days of daily driving through this weekend before putting it in storage again for a few weeks I immediately noticed a rougher rear-end response to the road and right away I knew something is wrong with SLS. So I slowed down in a quiet alley way with radio off, tried to listen to the pump and sure enough no pump noise.
I've read in different threads to check and try to bypass the relay. However, I don't know where the relay is located and the proper way of bypassing it. Any advise is very much appreciated.
