S38 Aftermarket FPR? what am I looking at?

I'm picking up a 1987 M6 with little information on its modifications. Is anyone familiar with this fuel pressure regulator set up? Who made it?

Thanks for the response. You are correct. I picked up the car yesterday and found the invoice from Bav Auto for a AFPRM-R with the history file.
