Hi Gaz, the inside is really tired, dry, blue leather. She gets new carpet next week as the floors were (fixed now) rusty and carpet water damaged (smelled like a wet dog smoking a cigar dipped in sump oil).

where are you getting the carpet from? I need new carpet. Not even Ellis likes my wet dog on a hot day interior smell.

It doesn't Look that bad. Good candidate to re dye those seats then it will look sexy again. To get moisture back in try some doc baileys cleaner. U have to get from USA but it is grouse.
I used it on my seats (but in leather black form) and the before after difference is alarming.

Looks pretty cool Trevor, the M-tech kit looks good on it.

Not true Joshua, sitting in your car always reminds me of the awesomeness of my first Sixer, and a hint of soggy carpet was just par for the course in such a well-used, steadfast car. The inside of Trevor's looks familiar too, an early 90s stereo cassette flanked either side by the big cigarette lighter and the big hazard switch. Mine had seats pretty much in that condition too, though mine were a sweet 1970s fern green.

Trev,

I think I have a spare front seat set that matches your seats. I'll take some photos and email through. You want them then they are yours. Mine are actually in pretty good shape. Look like they have come out of a 10 year old car.

Josh

ps, gotta love grouse green interiors that smell like wet dog.

Add to that the sheepskin seatcovers and it was the full luxury pack.

At least it wasn't the Gay Pontiac.

Um, as a reformed Firebird owner I find that a bit uneasy and funny at the same time.
