Just spent the weekend trackside at the Dipper (13.. Watched race 2 of the MuscleCar Masters standing almost on the wall at the apex below the point, probably as close as you can get outside of a vehicle.
JR's 6er made a breif appearance in a Bathust winners parade but no hot laps (or photos).
Will try and post a video from Saturday.

The fathers day muscle car masters event at Eatern Creek is on my to do list ahead of Bathurst.
Do a search on "NZ festival of motor racing 2012", or Hampton Downs + JPS. A number of clips/articles and photos from Jan. There were 2 JPS 635's, Jim raced the #31 car, and 2 JPS M3's, along with another ex group A 6, a group N and M635. Also a number of other group A cars including a number of well known Sierras.
I understand Jim will be back again in Jan 2013 for the Denny Hulme festival, but not sure what he's driving.
