It looks like 13/4 will be ok for me as the engine for the Torino doesn't look like being ready for the race that weekend.

Saturday the 13th would suit me fine. Sundays are no good i'm afraid and sundays in the Southern Highlands can be endless queues stuck behind old dears on sunday drives.

I won't guarantee i'll be in the Beemer as i really need to get the rust sorted before it's too late but i'll come in the Saab if the 6er is not available and just drive like an aggressive wanker to emulate being behind the wheel of a BMW.

Just need to hear from Ellis and then we can book Satuday April 13 in.

Sundays are always bad for me as well and Saturday, with parents in Burradoo (just south of Bowral, or is it a suburb in Bowral) it's a great place to start for me.

Hi Guys,

I think the gremlins have been beaten (at least for now). The boss is rostered on for Saturdays but may be able to swap the 13th, but Sundays are free?

Saturday 13 April will work for me.

From Nowra I reckon I'll continue south along the coast to Bateman's Bay then up the Clyde to return home, but I appreciate that those coming from Sydney etc may not want to travel all that distance.

Breakfast meet at Bowral?

Sorry mate, I don't know anywhere in Bowral, all I know is how to get there.

You're the leader on this one Captain - tell us a meet point, tell us a meet time, we'll see you there.

Fair call.

So, April 13 (Saturday) at 8.30am at the Marmalade Cafe 362 Bong Bong Street Bowral.

Non breakfasters to meet at 9am for a 9.30am run. The run? The last Ellis suggestion as per the following.

1. Bowral to Kangaroo Valley.
2. Kangaroo Valley to Nowra.
3. Nowra to Ulladulla
4. Ulladulla to Batemans Bay.
5. Batemans Bay to Braidwood.
6. Head home from here.

LOL you said Bong

Looks good Josh, I'm 99% certain to be there, both for breakfast and the cruise.

8.30 for breakfast but 9 for those not eating? Half an hour to order and eat breakfast? In your dreams buster. I shall be there at 8 am to get my fill.

Do those not eating meet in Bowral? It will be a bit of a shitfight getting out of busy Bowral Bong Bong Bong Street on saturday morning without losing someone before we even hit the highway.

Good points Paul.

I don't know the area so well, but how's this for an idea: meet at the Don Bradman museum carpark at 9:30. More time for eating, it's a nice and shady spot for taking photos etc, easy to find and heaps of space.

I'm good with both of those ideas. Cafe at 8am, the Don Bradman museum for a 9.30am away.

Yes, lets do something soon - I haven't been on a cruise for a long time. I miss the banter that Ellis and crew provide 8)

Great. The runs booked.

I'm meeting Paul and whoever else has his appetite at 8am at the Marmalade Caf? in the main street of Bowral, opposite and a little south of the cinema.

Need to do my brakes this coming weekend. Hope my car starts. Has been a while since I turned her over (6 months???).

See all then.

Saturday week people. Which means this weekend is "see if it starts day as you last turned it over in October last year .... and then go see ya mate and replace that blasted master cylinder so you can keep up with the three amigos as they rocket around the country".

Will give her a wash so that she is nice and clean. More than likely just me on this one as Rosie is pregnant and suffering bad morning sickness and chasing Ben, Ellis and Paul will more than likely make a mess.

Oh, must get new radio batteries. The fourth thing anyone ever says of late on the radio when we start a run is "have josh's batteries gone flat again?"

Ellis - we haven't seen one of your epic videos in a while. Any thoughts of taking us on a video vacation? Hope so!!

If I can brush away the cobwebs on the old 633 might be able to do 1/2 the run on Saturday.
Work and other things has side tracked me big time.
Would be good to meet up for a chat and a few kM.
Hopefully see you on Saturday.

Allan (Team Serco)

Would be great to see you Allan. My 633 get's lonely with all of these modern cars so if we can see you for just a wee bit it's a plus.

I am hoping to be there for the start and at least part of the drive as well. Getting a new thermostat fitted on Monday. I think everything else is ready to go.

Car starts but still no brakes. If I don't get her right by Friday I'll be driving my little Renault just so I can catch up with you all. Hope she goes.

Really need to drive her more. Will look at fixing my rear camber and mayhaps a new engine and carpet now my racer is done. Would be a shame to see her suffer.
